If you are seeing a few of these signs you’re going to want to start working on that team immediately.
So, what do you do? I suggest you dig in and see what you can figure out. You’re the leader of the business. If you’re not sure where to start, I suggest working on two main things:
- Learning how to tell stories instead of “better requirements”.
- Learning the value of saying, and hearing, “no”.
